Return Policy
Returns and exchanges may be made for items in original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. After 30 days, items may be returned with a receipt for in-store credit. All sales are final on clearance items.
Contingencies:
Returned/exchanged within 30 days with a receipt: if your garment is in original condition, you will receive a full refund.
Returned/exchanged within 30 days without a receipt: sometimes, our staff can find your purchase using information such as your name, the date it was purchased, the item you bought, or by swiping the card you used. If your purchase can be found, we can offer a full refund of the purchase price. If your purchase cannot be found, we can offer a refund of the clearance value.
Return outside of 30 days: if your garment is in original condition, we can offer a full refund ONLY if the item is still available in store at full price. If the item is no longer available, we can offer you in-store credit to the amount of the clearance price of the item.
Exchange outside of 30 days: if your garment is in original condition and we still have the item available for full price, we are able to swap out the items. If the item is no longer available, we can offer you in-store credit at clearance price towards a replacement item.
Returned/exchanged in worn condition: we cannot accept returns of items which have been used or worn.
Damage/Defective returns: If the item has a manufacturer's defect (zippers, seams, printing error, hat enclosures, etc), we may offer full replacement if the garment is available and if purchase information can be found. Any incurred damage (ie. scrapes, cigarette burns, etc.) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items purchased online: All above rules apply to online purchases. Please ship your item to: “ATTN; RETURNS Flagship Apparel 345 S Lake Ave, Duluth MN 55802”. Once we receive the item(s), we will ship out a new one free of charge or issue a refund based on the guidelines above.

Returns Protocol:
If you do not have a receipt, there are still a few things we can do to attempt to find your purchase. If your receipt cannot be found, you will be eligible to receive in-store credit for the clearance value of the item you are returning.
